PANCAKES A LA DEUX
INGREDIENTS
2 eggs n 2 teaspoon sugar n 1/2 teaspoon salt n 165 gms flour n 2 teaspoons baking powder n 1/4 cup (50 ml) oil n 1 cup (200ml) milk n 1 teaspoon vanilla

METHOD
Beat egg whites until stiff - set aside. Beat egg yolks, add sugar and salt, beat in. Sieve flour with the baking powder. Add flour, milk, oil and vanilla to the egg yolks. Beat until smooth. Add egg whites to batter and FOLD gently. Pour batter on a lightly greased griddle and cook on both sides till lightly brown Tastes great with honey, chocolate sauce or fresh fruit.

TUNA SANDWICH       
BANANA & STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS
1 frozen banana n 6 frozen strawberries n 1 cup plain yoghurt n 1 tablespoon sugar or half cup fruit juice n Few drops of vanilla (optional) n 4-5 ice cubes

METHOD
Combine all the ingredients in a blender until the ice is crushed and the drink is smooth and creamy.




INGREDIENTS
150 gms tinned tuna
Lettuce leaves shredded
1 medium onion finely chopped
1/2 a green chilly finely chopped (optional)
Coriander leaves finely chopped
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Salt to taste

METHOD
Mix all the ingredients for the filling together. Place on a slice of toasted brown bread. Cover with another slice of toasted bread. Enjoy!
