Easy Hot Chocolate
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
1 can sweetened condensed milk
½ cup cocoa powder
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. salt
6½ cups water
Method:
1. Whisk together sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, vanilla and salt in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat.
2. Whisk in water, about a cup at a time. Heat until warmed through, about 10 minutes. Note: Do not allow the hot chocolate to boil. It should just simmer until warmed through.
Simple Tomato Sandwich
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Serves: 1
Ingredients
2 slices bread
1 medium tomato
3 tbsp. mayonnaise (adjust amount to your taste)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
1. Toast bread.
2. Slice tomato.
3. When bread is adequately toasted, liberally spread both sides with mayonnaise (or butter one side with mayonnaise on the other).
4. Lay tomato slices on one side of bread.
5. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper on tomato to taste.
6. Close sandwich with other bread slice.
