![]() DEEP THOUGHTS
Putting down a piece of your mind on a paper would be a tough task for most of us, while some others carry it out with perfect élan. Writing a diary or jotting down a few lines in a journal on a daily basis best reflects the happenings of your life and keeps us in touch with ourselves. For many of us it may be a hobby, but for many others, their dreams, desires and deep feelings poured out on a paper or into their laptops is a consoling and reliving exercise. In any case, engaging yourself earnestly in such a work out will give you a better image of yourself. Have you ever tried it at least once? To be open and share something very personal, one must have courage and confidence to confide in someone else. However, it has a very positive and beautiful side, though it's never easy. On the other hand, when you put down the issues of your life on paper, you are discussing the same issues, though silently. And that makes all the difference. You experience the same emotional fluctuation that otherwise gives you apprehension or alleviates your sorrow minus the worry of betrayal. Stop for a while everyday to go through this painstaking yet richly rewarding experience and you will be amazed at the outcome. — Deepu Paul |
