Lonesome days passed in a daze
Frightful nights were darkness stays.

In the blues of my life I walk alone
Shivering more with the cold wind that blows
Eyes filled with pain and heart with emotions unexplained Its loneliness killing me more with time that passes.

The next day you're standing beside me
But my soul's already miles away

Rather than shed tears of sorrow at my feet.
