Unspoken Words
"Some words are better left unsaid",
This phrase one day made me staid,
Words that express happiness,
Words that show oneness and togetherness,
Words that reflect care,
They are really very rare,
Then why should they be left unspoken?
Instead should be expressed without any hesitation,
Some wait their whole lives,
Expecting some magic words,
And some spend their lives,
Gathering courage to spell those words,
Sometimes words if left unsaid,
Make your life as barren as arid,
Complete your words and sentences,
So that in your life you don't have such instances,
Those make you repent,
For the unbearable loss you lent…

True bond of love
Born with curled palm,
Glittering face that is calm,
Sparkling eyes that shine,
A feeling that you are mine.

No rivalry or enmity lies within you,
You are as pure as a morning drop of dew,
Whenever you frown,
I try to become a clown.
My lullabies make you sleep,
I’ll never let you weep.

This is the bond between mother and child,
A relationship that is one of its kind,
May it last forever,
Ever, ever and ever…

Loneliness
Why my own people keep me in this state,
By which I come to see my death date;

O God my heart sinks deeper than the Dead Sea,
But I never asked you why only me;

I know all my problems will splutter out some day,
For that let peace & patience in my mind stay;

Without success I tried to discover places for happiness,
But the thing that never left me alone was my only loneliness;

Are these relationships the main aim of life?
If yes I have blown this aim with knife;

I say till I am alive I will now be full of happiness,
Because now in my heart there is no space for sorrow & sadness;

I feel now I should stop bothering for others,
But for this O God let me not harm my own brothers;

To God I leave all those things which I cannot explain,
For I know My Lord he will not let all these go to vain.

Nobody Ever Wins A War
Nobody ever wins a war
What are we fighting for?
Death and devastation
Bloodshed and destruction
Many get injured
Snd others are dead
We lose more, gain less
Each of us undergoes stress
Mothers lose sons
Through powerful guns
Wives lose partners
Kids left without fathers
Soldiers fighting against all odds
Thinking of their family and god
Kargil and drass are fighting terrains
Killing the enemies are their only aims
Let’s not mourn for the dead
It is something they only dreamt
Let’s salute the martyrs
For their dedicated efforts.

Smile
It's up to you whether you smile,
Even though it may last only a while.

Your smile may cheer someone,
It may bring laughter and fun.

So try and smile whenever you can,
Face your troubles and be a man.

Even though you'll be sad at heart,
A smile of happiness is a good start.

A smile can change entirely your mind,
It can give you a friend of your kind.

So do not hesitate to smile anywhere,
It may make you forget your tears.

It's up to you whether you smile,
It can make you happy worthwhile.

You and I
You will never forget,
I will not forget,
When together we met,
Love drenched our soul wet
Eyes had the deepness,
Heart was in fullness
In a weather heavenly,
Singing our hearts soliloquy
Then closing our eyes,
Making a prayer wise
I will pray for you,
You pray for me
To be together forever,
And walk ahead to look back never!

Soliloquy of God
Long hours of sleep I had,
Suddenly I heard a voice in my dream,
'Wake up from your slumber so glad,
Make the hills and the running stream.'
I realized it was time to create the mighty earth,
A world full of my creations,
A place full of joy and mirth
A universe thus, full of innovations.
I took my brush to start,
I painted the earth, the sun and the moon,
Then I made the masterpiece of my art,
The portrayal of a human so life began soon.
I thought my work was over,
So I would go back to sleep,
However, peace in this world was never,
That even the omni was made to weep.
People fought and despised each other,
Making my beautiful painting, paralyzed,
What I saw was brother against brother,
And each new day, confusion seized.
I want to go back to my sleep,
But lo! Out of ten at least one prays,
For a better world where love sweeps,
And for the sake of them my heart stays.
And even more I trust man, the earthling,
I know it is he, who will make it a better place,
And remake my marred painting,
Again into beautiful, sanguine and full of grace.

Evanescence
I'm confused, I'm shattered
My happiness blows like evanescence
It gives me the strength to fight
It's the feeling of love that holds me tight

I feel dumped and dejected
Like the love that is disarrayed
It doesn't show up to me no matter
My life is left in a clutter

I feel like this love is not true
I feel like my life is turning blue
But somewhere deep inside my heart
I know it's the truth, but I'm downcast

Topsy-turvy is the evanescence
It fades, it melts, it's volatile
Great feelings are short-lived
But the worst ones walk a mile

Oh how I wish I would come to know
The reason for my mirthlessness
It comes back to me and makes me show
And again blows back like evanescence!
