Fitness cannot be seen in the mirror, one should feel it from within oneself. Mental and physical stress, pollution, poor eating habits like skipping meals to keep the extra weight off, inadequate physical exercise, lack of sleep, etc. all contribute to early ageing.

Ageing is a natural process but you can plan your ageing yourself just as you plan your investments. Your youth is a treasure which does not last forever. So while you have ample of it invest it in developing good habits that will keep ageing at bay for a long time.

Ageing and stress are a part of life. It is important to discipline oneself to prevent the damage caused by them. So start your fitness regime of eating right and regular exercise from a young age so that it becomes an inseparable part of your life.
